Prior to founding the Jones+Feliciano, Jones taught cross cultural negotiations at New York University, was a mediator for the New York City Civil Court and started her career in media and production at Innovation Entertainment Group.

Jones currently serves on the Board of Directors of several institutions, non-profits, Jones+Feliciano portfolio companies, and others. Jones is a graduate of Princeton University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Public and International Affairs, Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University, where she earned her Juris Doctor, and Pepperdine University School of Law where she earned her Master of Dispute Resolution.
