Kwanza: What do I think is next post COVID-19 for the workforce?

As we all know, it's a very difficult time that's coming up. And I'm on the board of a lot of different companies and organizations and schools and all sorts of things. And this is something that is impacting everything across the board. And what ends up happening even as a CEO, and also talking to various other CEOs and managers, supervisors, executives, it’s tough. It's very tough.

But what I think ends up happening is, instead of all of us just looking at this solely as how tough it is, let's figure out what the next opportunities are going to be. Because the fact is, something always comes next. And what always comes next, ultimately, could be something better! It requires a lot of patience obviously, but it also requires a mindset to make sure you know that you can use this time to prepare for what your next thing may be.
