How To Plan Your Goals
When setting goals, it is always important to “gather supplies.” It’s part of the planning process. It can be as simple as listing out the friends who support your dreams and goals. Friends who will keep you accountable or point out ways to improve. I call them Boost Friends™.
You can also make use of a goal-setting worksheet for effective goal planning and strategizing.

There’s something powerful about the way music brings people together, especially at the close of a year filled with hard work, growth, and shared wins.
This year, I wanted to create a holiday track my team and teams around the world could relate to. Something that sparks joy, connection, laughter, (lots of laughter!) and a moment to pause and celebrate what you’ve built together.
"Our Company Holiday Song" was made to be that soundtrack for end-of-year gatherings and those simple reminders that we’re better when we move in rhythm.
It’s now available on all streaming platforms. Listen via the link in my bio and let me know how many workplace references you sound familiar. 😂
Happy holidays, Boost Friends!

Our @pawprinceton cover story is officially live, and it captures something José and I have always believed: dreaming in decades means building places and spaces that didn’t exist for you, so they can exist for future generations.
That’s impact.
It’s also the foundation of the @jonesfelicianoinitiative Impact Multiplier™ model, which goes beyond capital to provide strategic guidance, operational expertise, and access to networks for nonprofits and for-profits. Our goal is long-term community impact across education, entrepreneurship, equity, and empowerment. ⚡️
That’s what this moment at Princeton represents. As José said:
"When you look at the map of Princeton, you see Rockefeller. You see Forbes. You see Kwanza. You see Feliciano.”
And for me, it’s always been about connection:
"Princeton connected people. It connects cultures, it connects thoughts, it connects ideas.”
Our story from students finding our way, to partners building a legacy is now live, via link in my story, or DM me and I’ll send it your way.
Deep gratitude to Princeton Alumni Weekly and Mark F. Bernstein ’83 for the thoughtful spotlight.

Sharing this fun #BTS moment from our #YearinReview shoot, where we talked about how the past and present versions of ourselves shape what’s next.
It made me wonder…what would past you say to current you? And how will you use that to fuel your future goals? Let me know in the comments! ⚡️

Do you want to know the secret to success in anything? Just start. Take one step.
Big goals can feel overwhelming, but progress doesn’t happen all at once.
It happens one step after another. One step today, and another step forward.
Trust yourself. Trust that you have the ability to make positive decisions. Believe in those instincts.
Too often we second-guess our own power, waiting for validation from others before we move. But deep down, you already know what is right for you. Your instincts are there for a reason, they are your inner compass.
When you choose to trust yourself, you build confidence. With confidence comes clarity. And with clarity comes action. The more you lean into that trust, the more you’ll see just how capable you really are. ⚡️
