It’s hard to believe we’re nearing the end of 2024. As the year draws to a close, it’s important to reflect on how far you’ve come. Your achievements. Your growth. Your challenges. Be grateful for it all, because every experience has shaped you into who you are.

Gratitude allows you to step into your power and overcome a scarcity mindset. When you focus on what you have, it shifts your perspective and helps you stay positive. Instead of feeling like you don’t have enough, you’ll realize that you already have all you need to succeed. That’s what it means to have an abundance mindset. And that’s how I’m able to stay boosted and keep building. Here’s a message from me to you:

As we approach the end of the year, I’m filled with gratitude for the people who’ve boosted me and the milestones we’ve achieved together because no one succeeds alone. So, for this Kwanza Jones Chronicles, I’m highlighting some of these milestones.

• Recently, my SUPERCHARGED® Teamily collaborated with the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank to sort and pack boxes of food to be distributed to those in need. Did you know that a food box can feed an entire family of four for a week? We were able to pack 2,973 food boxes. We also gave a financial boost which contributed to meals for 60,000 underserved friends in our community. Check out this video the highlight of the event.

• When I think about philanthropy, I see it as an investment. Because, whether it is for profit or not for profit, there should be a return. It’s more than just making donations. It’s about creating lasting, measurable change. You can have a social impact and a social justice return on investment when there are folks that are benefiting from that investment. • Earlier this month, at the Silicon Valley Bank Catalyst 2045: Innovators & Icons Awards, Jones•Feliciano was honored with the Industry Titan Award. This award recognizes industry pioneers who have broken through ceilings and reached new summits, achieving professional milestones never before seen in their communities. It celebrates trailblazers who not only achieve extraordinary success, but also uplift and inspire their communities, setting a new precedent for what is possible. Being among such thought leaders and innovators making change and building better was a truly SUPERCHARGED experience. 

• The holiday season isn’t complete without a new track from SUPERCHARGED® By Kwanza Jones. With Christmas just around the corner, my Teamily and I released the perfect song to elevate your holiday spirit. Remember, a new season is a new opportunity to reach that next level. It’s the perfect time to start thinking about where you want to go and how you’re going to get there. Here’s a hint: the secret to your future is hidden in your daily routine.

Five minutes today. Five minutes tomorrow. Five minutes the day after. Over time, that adds up to 30 hours in a year. Progress happens with small steps taken consistently. So, as you set your sights on your next goal, think “small.” Think “consistent.” Think “intentional.”
