Passion is powerful, but it is not permanent. At some point, you have to ask yourself the deeper question 👇
What is my purpose?
The purpose is the anchor. It is the thing that keeps you moving when excitement wears off, when motivation fades, when the work gets heavy. Purpose is what pulls you forward when passion stops pushing you.
So take a moment to get honest with yourself. What are you really here to do? What is the thing you are driven to build, to change, to impact? When you answer that, you stop chasing moments, and you start building meaning. ⚡️
There’s something powerful about the way music brings people together, especially at the close of a year filled with hard work, growth, and shared wins.
This year, I wanted to create a holiday track my team and teams around the world could relate to. Something that sparks joy, connection, laughter, (lots of laughter!) and a moment to pause and celebrate what you’ve built together.
"Our Company Holiday Song" was made to be that soundtrack for end-of-year gatherings and those simple reminders that we’re better when we move in rhythm.
