Keeping Up With Kwanza

Kwanza Jones has been super busy this past month, between supporting her favorite causes, releasing brand new music for the world to dance to, and getting you all hot and SUPERCHARGED over her latest music video…which hopefully, you watched with Grandma over the Thanksgiving holiday.

Let’s rewind and take a moment to Keep Up With Kwanza:

OctoTea 17: Yes, this happened in October, but it was such an awesome event that it deserves to be part of this recap. On October 28, 2012, Kwanza Jones hit the stage in Austin, TX for OctoTea 17, an annual fundraiser organized by The Octopus Club and AIDS Services of Austin. As a health and fitness advocate, Kwanza was honored to give a high-energy performance for the benefit of those affected by AIDS in Central Texas. To view photos from OctoTea17, click.

Eyes Wide Open: This month, Kwanza Jones shared the stage with other acts in support of The Trevor Project, the leading national organization providing crisis intervention and suicide prevention services to LGBTQ youth. Many attended their charity gala held on November 10, 2012 at the W Hotel in Downtown San Francisco and got the chance to hear Kwanza’s unreleased track, #StopHate, off her upcoming album. Photos coming soon!

“SUPERCHARGED”: On November 6, 2012, Kwanza officially released her latest single, “SUPERCHARGED”. The track is now available on iTunes, so go get your copy if you haven’t already! While you’re downloading, be sure to visit the Kwanza Jones YouTube Channel and check out the “SUPERCHARGED” music video. Click here for exclusive behind-the-scenes photos!
