Kwanza Jones Turned It Up at Boston Pride

June 8th, 2013 | 12:00 PM - 06:00 PM Pacific Time

The rain at last weekend’s Boston Pride Festival was only a minor setback for Kwanza Jones as she hit the stage with a high-energy performance. The festival took place on Saturday, June 8, 2013 at City Hall Plaza during Boston Pride Week. Other performers that shared the stage were international pop duo, Karmin, Rachael Sage, Shockolady, DJ Aga, and more.

Kwanza Jones fans were present to show love and support for the rising Dance/Pop queen. They watched her perform her hits, “Time To Go” and “Think Again“, and Kwanza even debuted a performance of “Turn It Up“, another single from the SUPERCHARGED album. All of those that came out to support Boston Pride were definitely turned up!

In a city that has gone through so much in the past months, it’s amazing to see people come together and support Boston’s lgbt community. Being SUPERCHARGED is all about staying strong and being empowered to make a difference in your community, so to EVERYONE; all the young people, the families, the uniformed men and women, and especially the survivors of the Boston attack that attended last week’s events…

STAY SUPERCHARGED.
