Co Founder Managing Partner Clearlake Capital Group

Feliciano is the co-founder and managing partner of Clearlake Capital Group. The private equity titan, worth $4.1 billion according to the Business Journal’s Wealthiest Angelenos report, is a former Goldman Sachs M&A banker and was the chief financial officer of govWorks before its bankruptcy in 2000. He is also a co-founder of the Kwanza Jones & José E. Feliciano Supercharged Initiative, a philanthropic grantmaking and impact investment organization. Last year, Feliciano and his wife, Kwanza Jones, announced a $20 million donation to his alma mater, Princeton University, where he had received a bachelor of science in mechanical and aerospace engineering. The school in turn dedicated a new undergraduate dormitory in their name. Feliciano was born in Puerto Rico and is on the board of trustees at Stanford University, where he attended business school, and the Smithsonian National Museum of the American Latino. Additionally, he is the co-chair of the Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights nonprofit, and serves on the board of directors of the Robert Toigo Foundation.
