Today, José and I are excited to share that we’re advancing an impact investment to The Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law (@cardozo_law) dedicated to advancing opportunity, equity, and service.
When I was a student in Cardozo’s Mediation Clinic, I learned what it truly means to turn theory into action. Clinics are collaborative spaces where students listen, problem-solve, and create real impact for real people. That’s why this investment matters.
Through the Kwanza Jones & José E. Feliciano Program for Clinical Education, we’re helping expand Cardozo’s clinical programs—a place that sparks commitment to creating opportunity, advancing equity, and serving others. This program will equip more students to serve their communities, fight for justice, and carry forward Cardozo’s legacy of service and innovation.
Education has the power to transform lives. With this investment, we’re helping prepare the next generation of advocates, changemakers, and problem-solvers who will do just that.
Our mission is simple: boost humans, elevate humanity. This is one more way we’re building bridges, breaking barriers, and investing in futures.
A comfort zone feels safe. It feels familiar. That is why it is called comfort. But comfort is not where growth happens.
Growth requires challenge. It requires you to step into the unknown and stretch beyond what feels easy. If you stay where you are, you stay the same. If you want more, you have to move past the walls of comfort and step into the space where growth lives.

Community is one of my 3Cs, not just because, as I always say, no one succeeds alone, but because service is power.
For me, community is a living reminder that our greatest strength shows up when we stand, uplift, and move forward together.
When I think about coming together, I think about anthems of unity. Not just in music, but in life. Your anthem of unity is the collaboration that sparks progress, creates impact, and sets change in motion.
Because when we rise as community, we don’t just make noise, we make history.
